The annual meeting of the association will take place on October 20th and 21st in Goliad, Texas. Registration information can be found here.

Friday, October 20th
1:00 PM: Meet at Presidio la Bahia and gather into carpools
1:15 PM: Arrive at Cabeza Creek Crossing and tour crossing with property owners, Scotty and Patsy Light
2:00 PM: Leave Cabeza Creek and head towards Goliad State Park while taking Original Route of the trail
2:15 PM: Arrive at Goliad State Park (Mission Espiritu Santo) and tour site with park ranger
3:15 PM: Conclude Goliad State Park visit and return to Presidio la Bahia for self-guided tour of presidio and museum
4:15 PM: Afternoon social on grounds of Presidio la Bahia
5:30 PM: Conclusion of social

9:45 AM: Presentation on Presidio la Bahia by Scott McMahon

11:30 AM: Update from National Park Service on trail developments
12:00 PM: Association member business (Vote on bylaws amendments and election of board members)
12:25 PM: Announcement of results

12:30 PM: Move to Blue Quail Deli for buffet luncheon
1:30 PM: Association board meeting
